Michellie has been coaching athletes for over 20 years, from elite age
groupers to first-time Ironman finishers. Her passion for coaching is driven by the same
determination that drove her professional career – the will to succeed.
Coach Robin Barsantee has an incredible amount of experience having raced in 10 Ironmans. He knows what it takes to reach your goals with a balanced and flexible approach.

You will be busy from morning till night with a highly structured schedule, but one that will include some “down time” to rest and recharge.

We will cover a wide range of key educational concepts throughout the camp with a

We know women love to socialize and we have organized some great activities they will
